The Gilbert Scott

St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Euston Road, Kings Cross, London NW1 2AR

  020 7278 3888

The Gilbert Scott is named after prolific English architect Sir George Gilbert Scott, who designed the ‘romanticly’ Gothic Revival St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The second addition to Marcus Wareing’s restaurants, in 2011, it is frequently described as one of London’s most spectacular dining rooms.

A grand English feasting hall, easily accessed by both King’s Cross & St Pancras stations, it is centrally located in the vibrant business and cultural district around Regent’s Canal. Menus focus on using the finest seasonal produce to create quintessentially British dishes and the talented kitchen team is headed up by Head Chef Michael D’Adamo. Head Sommelier Fernando Lopez has been awarded AA notable wine list, which offers the perfect balance of new and old world wines, with some iconic French and Italian references.

‘I went last night for a return visit to The Gilbert Scott restaurant. Just as good as the first time: superb service, superb ambiance, food was sublime and the whole evening was a delight. Go and visit, eat and enjoy and to top it all it’s even good value too with a modest mark up on the wine list!’ Jonathan
