It’s time to join the Chinese takeaway revolution! Zing Zing make delicious, fresh, chemical-free (no MSG), modern Chinese take-out. It is the Zing Zing aim to create the best Chinese takeaway in the world. They are aware of the low standards rife in the Chinese takeaway industry, and they want to shake things up. The philosophy is simple – your favourite Chinese dishes (and a number of their own creations) should be made with great ingredients, no added chemicals and great customer service.

The menu features a host of tempting dishes such as chunky crispy shredded beef with proper succulent beef; tender, richly flavoured sesame-glazed chicken, Asian greens, Singapore noodles, Korean hot wings, salt-and-pepper squid, pork dumplings with goji berries – and so much more. Sample the peach tea with lychee ‘pobbles’ and the jasmine milk with strawberry ‘pobbles’, which come in cute jars with fat straws. And make sure you save room for dessert – Nutella & banana or Nutella s’mores spring rolls, with custard dipping sauce. These win our Oscar for best dessert of 2017… until Easter, when they will be dishing up Creme Egg wontons. OMG.

Newly launched ZZ GREEN means that vegans and vegetarians are catered for in a dedicated section of the kitchen. Our favourite dish is the mushroom ‘prawn’ toast – a rich mouthful of tastiness with a perfect mix of textures.

‘This is sooo much better/tastier/more inventive than any other Chinese takeaway and there are a few pan Asian dishes to spice things up a bit!’ Louisa
